Hey, and welcome to Coppell Solar's update for 2020!! After 3 Years there have been lot of changes to our team being made, including our car. We are in the process of welding on a new roll bar because the old roll bar wasn't one continuous piece as it states now in the racing handbook. We also are working on ways to improve inserting the battery into the car faster to save time to spend racing and getting laps. Our team is working together at a whole new level and you can see the passion and drive burning in our eyes! Now, our car may not be the best right now but don't expect perfection just yet because there are still some special additions being worked on in order to enhance the overall experience of racing Outlaw III and these improvements will make what we do MUCH easier. Other than the improvements being done on Outlaw III we also have other projects in our lab such as rewiring the SEVCON Test Bench and having it simulate the modules and motor in OUTLAW III. We have also had our lab renovated with new flooring as well as new methods of organization to help keep the lab clean and tidy. Electrathon has also had some work done to it as it is now able to go the max speed its motor allows for the car to drive at that speed. It's also had brakes and other parts installed on it. We are also looking for sponsors to help sponsor our team so if you or anyone you know is reading this please reach out to Coppell Solar and let us know. Anyways that's it for now and we'll keep you Posted!!

Hello, and welcome to Coppell Solar's new and improved website!! There are a lot of changes being made, including our name. We are transferring titles from Coppell Solar to Coppell Motorsports because we have branched out in types of cars that we are working on such is seen with the Electrathon. Our team is working together at a whole new level and you can see the passion and drive burning in our eyes! Now, our new website may be published but don't expect perfection just yet because there are still some special additions being worked on in order to enhance the overall experience of visiting our website and they will make getting to know the team and what we do MUCH easier. We are so excited to share all of our hard work with you, in the lab AND on the website! From now on, there will be frequent blog posts with a bit more of a narrative take on our work, progress, and any updates. We of course will continue our monthly newsletter (with slightly altered editions and releases in the summer) and our social media updates (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), but this is a new way for friends, family, sponsors, and anyone visiting our page to interact with us, ask questions, give suggestions or critiques, and simply to have access to the real us, the personal us, the family that our team really is. I am personally ecstatic about being able to take over the website and for everyone to see it! It's not perfect yet, but I will continuously be developing and updating our website and working on expanding our PR department (or sort of establishing it) and improving social media utilization and participation! We have a lot of exciting things going on and with all of the bright, talented, driven, and supportive students, the future of Coppell Motorsports is looking even brighter so expect to see some great things from us in the near future! Have a wonderful day and an even better week! See y'all around!
