 How to Sponsor
Thank you for sponsoring the Coppell Solar Racing Team. Without monetary, technical, and material support, the Team could not exist. We are always looking for a helping hand. Because this project requires many resources and knowledge, we are constantly looking for parts, services, advice, and funding.
Through the Solar Racing Team, students have the unique opportunity to not only learn more about engineering, but to operate and participate in a real engineering project from start to finish. Your generous contribuiton will support the education and development of these future engineers from Coppell High School.
Your company will also receive cost-effective, positive exposure during races and expos. People will note your company"s support for education, innovation and environmental awareness.
As a non-profit, student organization, the Coppell Solar Racing Team appreciates all of the contributions of those companies, organizations, and individuals who have helped to make this project a reality.
All donations will be handled by the Coppell High School Engineering Booster Club. The CHS Engineering Booster Club is a 501c(3) Tax Exempt organization whose purpose is to assist the students of the Coppell School of Engineering. All donations are tax deductable and will go to supporting the Coppell Solar Racing Team. |

Additional benefits may include the following:

The Car will be available on-site, on-line, in print and video for Platinum & Gold level sponsors. (The District"s photographer will take publicity photos of sponsors with the vehicle for use in District and sponsor-produced publications, Web sites, videos, and other forms of communication.)

The Car will be available for display and demonstration at events supported by sponsors such as marketing promotions, annual meetings, and company picnics for Platinum & Gold level sponsors.

The Car will be available for display and demonstrations at auto shows, schools, Homecoming parades, football games, and other public events that will recognize participation of sponsors in the project.

Companies that make contributions in the Gold or Platinum level will be the only major sponsor for their particular industry segment.
Contributions to Coppell High School and the Coppell School of Engineering or support of the solar car project are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. . |
